Your Study
You are required to study the learner guide and supplement your knowledge with self-guided online searches and study before attempting to start your assessment. Your Online Theory Assessment
You must complete your assessment in one sitting. You will need a laptop or tablet with internet access to complete your assessment. We do not recommend using a smartphone or small device because of the volume of text contained in the assessment.
Your Online Practical Assessment
You assessment must be completed on a smartphone or tablet. You must complete your assessment in one sitting. Read each practical task and then answer the task by pressing the ‘Open App’ button next to it. This will open the audio recorder or camera of your smart device. If you do not have a voice recording app on your smart device you should install an app (free from the app stores) prior to commencing your practical assessment or use your camera app to record your audio.

If you do not answer all questions you will be required to take the theory assessment again. If you do not pass your theory assessment you will be redirected to a second chance. If you successfully your second chance you will need to return to this page and then complete your practical assessment using the ‘Practical Assessment Only’ link below.
