The purpose of this course is to teach the skills and knowledge required to safely enter and navigate around the rail corridor and danger zone with the permission of the access provider, in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements. It includes following the policies, procedures and protocols of the access provider for situational awareness and rail safety.

At the end of your refresher study, you will be required to sit an online assessment. Where and when you sit your assessment is entirely up to you.
Upon successful completion of training, you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for TLIF2080 – Safely Access the Rail Corridor.

Civil Safety is required to determine the support needs of individual learners prior to enrolling in to a course. If there are limitations to the support we are able to provide, these limitations will be made clear in information we provided to potential learners who complete a LLN test but do not sucesssfully complete the LLN assessment.
The first step in the enrolment process is to click or tap on the LLN Indicator link below. You will be taken to the Civil Safety online LLN test. If you complete your LLN test you will automatically be redirected to our enrolment form. If you do not pass the LLN test, a trainer will contact you shortly to assist you.
When enrolling in a nationally recoginised course, you are required to provide a USI (Unique Student Identifier) number. If you do not already have a USI you can create one at www.usi.gov.au. From 1st January 2015, no certificates are able to be printed if a person does not have a USI.
We also require proof of your identity so please have your drivers licence or another form of photo id available for upload in to the enrolment form.
The email address and phone number that you supply on the enrolment form must be active as this is where we will send your logon details for your course.
You will also be required to enter the Purchase Order Number supplied by Goodline in to your enrolment form
Once you have fully completed your enrolment form you will automatically receive your login password via email so that you can start your studies immediately. Issuance of your results are conditional on Civil Safety validating your LLN, enrolment form and your assessments as complying with the regulatory Standards of ASQA. It is also very important that you correctly enter the Goodline purchase order number in your enrolment form to ensure your assessment is assessed and your Statement of Attainment is issued in a timely manner.
