Pre-course Learning and Assessment for the Hospitality Basics course

The Civil Safety Hospitality Basics course consists of four nationally recognised Units of Competency. The purpose of this course is to ensure that you are skilled-ready and licensed to contribute to hospitality operations from day one.

ARE THESE NATIONALLY ACCREDITED UNITS?

Yes, participants will receive a Statement of Attainment for the following units.

  • SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices (Prerequisite)
  • SITHFAB005 Prepare and serve espresso coffee
  • SITHFAB002 Provide responsible service of Alcohol
  • SITHGAM001 Provide responsible gambling services

MY SKILLS LOCKER
All students of Civil Safety are given a My Skills Locker. Your locker allows you to access and retrieve your past and current certificates and statements of attainment at anytime without having to pay for a reissuance. We will automatically remind you when your refreshers and Recertifications are due so that you are always current.

Your Assessment

You must complete your assessment in one sitting. Results are only issued if we can verify proof of payment for your course. Paying by purchase order, PayPal or any other method is not conclusive proof of your payment unless Civil Safety has received remittance from the merchant.
